Job Summary The Sarcoma research team is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support a multi-institutional study to explore the genomics, proteomics, and germline features of soft tissue and bone sarcomas in young and older adults, with special focus on military populations. The team will coordinate tumor tissue collection and data analysis across several U.S. sarcoma centers to investigate the molecular drivers of tumor behavior, heterogeneity, and treatment resistance.
Qualifications Following established policies, procedures, and study protocols, the CRC I provides assistance on clinical research studies, including recruiting, evaluating, and consenting patients for studies; collecting and organizing patient data; scheduling patients for study visits; maintaining and updating data generated by the study.
Essential Functions:
Reviews proposals for compliance with sponsor and organizational guidelines; verify all sponsor requirements are met.
Recruiting patients for clinical trials, conducts phone interviews.
Verifies the accuracy of study forms and updates them per protocol.
Prepares data for analysis and data entry.
Assists in organizing and send out of sterile specimens to the appropriate location and facilities.
Assists with regulatory binders and QA/QC Procedures.
Assists with interviewing study subjects.
Assists with study regulator submissions.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Science required
Experience
Some relevant research project work 0-1 year preferred

- Computer literacy.
- Working knowledge of clinical research protocols.
