Description Robert Half is partnering with a compassionate and reputable funeral home in Commerce, CA, to find a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative. This is a temp-to-hire onsite opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a sensitive, service-oriented environment and brings strong communication, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the first point of contact for families, clients, and visitors both in person and over the phone. + Provide empathetic, culturally sensitive support in both English and Spanish. + Handle inquiries regarding services, pricing, and scheduling with accuracy and compassion. + Coordinate service appointments and assist in preparing necessary documentation. + Maintain client records and ensure data entry is accurate and timely. + Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery. + Support administrative tasks including filing, emailing, and following up with clients. + Uphold confidentiality and display discretion at all times. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: + Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). + Sales or upselling experience is a strong plus. + Previous experience in a customer service, front desk, or administrative support role. + Demonstrated compassion and professionalism in sensitive or emotional situations. + Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to quickly learn new systems.
