We’re currently hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to join our high-energy, passionate team. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on training and exposure to event planning, nonprofit marketing , and brand representation —ideal for recent grads or anyone looking to grow a mission-driven marketing career .

💼 What You'll Do:

• Help plan and execute live nonprofit events , donor drives, and awareness campaigns

• Represent charitable partners at public events with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Interact with donors, supporters, and attendees to build meaningful connections

• Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth event operations

• Assist with event setup, takedown, and promotional material distribution

• Participate in training workshops on event management, public speaking, and outreach strategy

• Offer input on ways to increase campaign effectiveness and community impact

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus (but not required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred (open to all backgrounds)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Outgoing, team-oriented , and adaptable in fast-paced environments

• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth

• Enthusiastic about nonprofit causes, community service, and social change

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
