GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for the coordination of all work and activities performed by personnel in the canned warehouse.

Individual will maintain acceptable quality levels of all products being produced as well as maintain high

levels of productivity on all production lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise all aspects of the canned operations and maintain acceptable levels of productivity and line efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with all customer specifications.
• Have a complete understanding of all production reporting systems.
• Participate in the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Assure that each employee is properly trained and performs their job assignments as instructed.
• Maintain a positive open line of communication will all employees.
• Inform Management of all labor situations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Overall knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
