  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-custom, unworn items.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
