PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for experienced construction workers for projects throughout the Inland Empire including Riverside and San Bernardino, CA. To be eligible for hire, you must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience on construction sites in at least one of the following: - Glazier (installing, cutting, removing glass and glass substitutes) - Window and door installers - Custom home carpentry-working with expensive materials - Punchlist work (drywalling, caulking, painting) - Concrete masonry (block/brick masonry, forms, rebar, precast, etc.) - Heavy Equipment Operators - Restoration technicians - Framing & Finishing Carpentry - Tile setting and flooring installations Payrates will vary depending on position and experience. Schedule will be provided after interview process. _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Learn more at . **Responsibilities:** + Moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials + Assisting in the building or construction of various things + Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training + Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment + Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor **Qualifications:** + MUST BE FULLY TOOLED IN YOUR TRADE + Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any construction trade + Experience on commercial, industrial, or residential construction sites required + Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience + Strong work ethic and safety oriented + Some assignment have additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug tests TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
